How to be skillful in career!

I am talking about how to be skillful employee:

1) Self-equiped with excellent skills. (Consistently doing self-improvement)

2) Grow up in consistent and positive competiting enviroment. (Work in international corporate)

3) Be creative. (Be sensitive to everything happened around me, money is not my concern)


So the conclusion is: grow myself up and jump into big corporate, then be sensitive and couragable to break the rules.
