To be the lowest level staff in the company
Here comes the story: I was asked for the favour to insert an entry of a report to the delivery team. And my fellow colleague in KL had made it wrong. The report supposed to be color and he wrote it in black and white. Well, when the delivery team reject the entry, I wrote an email to both the team leader who asked me for that favour and another team leader in KL.
In fact the report is scheduled to be delivered to customer today and I wasn’t told about that. My fellow team leader, who is currently living under same roof, was going out for on site testing yesterday and she blamed me for not telling her about this mistake yesterday at home.
WHY WAS I NOT TOLD IT WAS SO IMPORTANT?
HOW COULD SHE EXPECT ME TO BRING ALL WORK HOME?
I decided to take the blame simply because I am at the lowest level in the company which don’t have strong background at all. I knew it won’t bring me any good if I argued with her.
However, I will keep it as an alert to myself, where avoid doing the same shit to my subordinate if I become the team leader one day. This ‘if’ might be happened after years, or might not be happened in the future at all.
