Working in an organisation, is like monkeys climbing tree. Everyone is trying hard to climb up to gain higher position, greater power and of course better treatment.
On the top, there are the bosses... When they look down, they see a lot of smiling faces below them...
On the bottom, they are workers, like us... When we look up, we see a lot of asshole, and you have no idea what will come out from those holes...
So for those who are in the middle, if they only look upward and never bother those at bottom... Then we eat grass lar.
