HACKER might create Black Hole - CERN LHC was hacked!

The world largest experiment - Large Hadron Collider located at the border of France-Switzeland, which cost USD4.5–9.1 billion, took 20 years to build, was hacked by a group of hackers calling themselves Greek Group.

This experiment is used to collide high speed, high energy proton to simulate the big boom of the Universe to discover the Higgs Boson, which also called "God particle" which bring mass to this universe. The experiment result is closely observed by four huge detecting system. The hacker was one step away from one of the detector controlling system, which is able to affect the process of the experiment.

As concerned of some of the scientist, this experiment is able to create a Black Hole which will eventually swallow the whole planet earth. The Chief Scientist has denied the possibility of its devastating disaster, but he didn't deny the possibility of black hole which might be created accidentally.

Thus, there is one lesson for this event- No computer security is safe! What we can do is make it as safe as possible. That's why I still have a job till now. ^_^
